This purpose of this item is for vehicles that require that the hitch N ride to be raised up 7 inches more than the normal hitch N ride height from the ground so as to add ground clearance and to also prevent dragging of the hitch N ride when riding up a hill or for use on ATV's, UTV's, or for vehicles where the ground clearance is lower than that of a standard truck, SUV, or RV.
