  • How can I find my size?

    Simply measure 360 degrees around your chest under your breast and you'll find the "Chest Fit Range" in the product description above.

  • How do I set up the harness?

    Simply grab the straps on both sides at the same time, breathe in and set the strap where it fits. Tip: If a smaller size is needed make sure to use the inner size loop. For women we recommend using these straps at a lower strap setting.

  • What if my bladder tastes like plastic?

    This taste typically subsides over time and can be eliminated by simply squeezing juice from a lemon into the product, filling it with water, and then freezing it. After frozen, remove, thaw, and rinse.

  • How do I clean my Elite bladder?

    Reverse by placing your hand in the bladder, grab the bottom, and pull it back through the top opening, just like turning a sock inside-out. Then, place it in the dishwasher or rinse with mild soap and water. Make sure to let it dry out completely.
